To secure a room, we would need 1 week's rent paid into our bank account.  This payment will reserve your room and will be allocated towards your first week's rent.  Our homes are popular and rooms go quickly, so we operate on a “first come first served" basis. We also require a 4 week's deposit which is refundable upon giving us a 4 week notice if you decide to move out.  Lastly, we require a signed tenancy agreement.
